WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - does anyone have anything favorable to report? My trip didn't fare well with dieting and it's taken me this past week to get back to where I started the end of September.

Well, I can report back that at last I have lost 2.4 kilo's in the last two weeks. I go to the dietitian every two weeks to weigh in, and can at last feel I have lost something. Must just begin to take some walking in seriously, because I have not been able to.
Good luck and YOU CAN !!!!!!
Hugs and God bless.

Things are changing but the number is holding at 6 lbs. loss for me. I have dropped 2 inches in my waist and my backside is rising. ;) I am continuing to work out, recently picked up the new Wii-fit game which our entire family is enjoying. Dear hubby works out too! The games seem so simple but they really work, believe it or not! I have swapped my chair in front of my embroidery machine for my bouncy ball so I can "chug" in time while waiting for those thread changes. Sleeping better and feeling better, again Thank you Meganne for the inspiration!

Persevere Dear Cuties...WE CAN DO THIS!!

Probably would have lost some weight if I hadn't purchased the Chai tea mix when we got the game....

Just don't give up, you sound as if you are doing very well.

funny how everybody is having bad time, luckily we can encourage another. Also not so good this side, but difficult to do a lot of sewing and to get all the steps in. Definitly back on track here. Elize

You had better lose enough weight, so that we can each have a nice big slice of "something nice" when we all meet. Sien uit daarna. Marietta

I have rescued a 2 year old German Shepherd about 3 weeks ago. I lost about 4 pounds just walking her. Now today it is raining and I just want to do nothing. Hopefully I won't gain it back. It takes so long to take it off and it is back so fast.

Do not worry, tomorrow the sun will shine again, and you can do the walking bit again. You telling me about picking it up so fast, ooooooh my.!!!!!!

Sandy, I regret that I regressed and didn't lose any weight the last two weeks and I was so ashamed I couldn't bring myself to write about it.

So I have some "WHAT NOT TO DO's"

1. No matter how much he pleads and cajoles, don't give in to your husband when he wants to buy pizzas for Sunday lunch and dinner!!!!

2. Don't get so busy that you skip meals then reach for the quickest thing you can find: ie: toasted cheese and jam sandwiches!!!!!

I'm laughing and crying of course, because this is what I did and I was so despondent about not losing any weight.

Admittedly, I didn't gain any, but that's not the point. I'm supposed to be encouraging everyone else and I let everyone down.

I'm back on track this week so hope to do much better and I hope everyone else is doing better than I did.
Hugs n roses, Meganne

It is so good that we can have another try, everytime we fall of the cart. I think it is only human.
Keep the sunny side up, and good luck.
Hugs and God bless.

Yes I do, since I last posted that I had not gained or lost any, I have lost 4 1/2 lbs. Hopefully my plan is starting to work.
