It lets you see your designs in small pictures.Liked it a lot.

Can not remember the name etc.
Paid for it, so hope I can load it again.
any help with name or link would be much appreciated

If it is sew iconz you will be able to load it again, but you will need to find your registration details. If you lost those too, email steve at sands computing with the date you purchased and he will probably be able to help you.
