PE300S but was having some problems,and it only did 4x4. This one does 5x7 and DH also had me order the extra large hoop (12x5) so I don't have to keep re hooping a project! It also came with "Floriani Thread converter Pro 111" Has anyone used this software?? I am not at all familiar with this...I only have used my PED Basic and the computer terms I am most familiar with are "download" and "save" haha! (sooo true though)

does it have a cable of flash drive I have a 780D with flash drive I'm learning to use it got it in sep late and then got sick but an doing better my machine and your has almost the same elements I love mine it sew like a dream I'll help you if you need help I know more about it than support

I was going to contact you but you beat me to it!I have read the manual & plugged it in but I am afaraid to touch it!!LOLI am so glad to hear from someone that has the same(almost...yours has Disney doesn't it?) You are so right about the flash drive, it is there but I don't have a clue how to use it so any advice will be much appreciated.Once I actually start using it I may have more questions.
