Time to get grounded! :) You should buy one of those wristbands that computer repairmen use.

Hi!
Take a clean spray bottle, fill with one part FABRIC SOFTENER liquid to 10 parts of water, shake well! Spray solution around machine area on the floor, also on the floor near your computer. This should help. You may also purchase a static free mat, sold in office supply stores.
Hope this helps. Have fun stitching! :) Sukiray

Will do that. I get zapped all through the house, including when I touch my cats. Sometimes there is a visible spark. real scary..lol

You may spray yourself, but I would think twice before I spray the cat! HEHE!!!

used the spray bottle each time they scratch the furniture so they do run away when they see me with it,

Animals are funny. They learn fast for their own good. We have a Shih-Tzu, and he has trained us well. Have fun with your cats. Sukiray

you might want to get a humidifier in your sewing room.
