any chance we will get a last chance to download the letters we missed?

Hi, and welcome to the Cute Embroidery Community! I can see by your flowers that you're new here to Cute, so maybe this will help you and all the other newbies out there, I hope so! First, the Community section is just a forum for people who come to Cute, just like yourself. Some of us have been here longer than others, so we can make more educated guesses, but we do not own the site or have any control of the site. So, will we have a chance to vote on missing letters, your guess is as good as ours. It's a guess, no more than that.

Designs on the site, including the alphabet letters, can be VOTED on to be free the next day. Not all designs are eligible for voting, when you go to the design it will tell you whether it can be voted on or not. The next day's free designs in all categories are given depending on which ones got the most votes the previous day. The only time things might not get voted on are when there's a new design set that Veronika, the website owner, is bringing out. Sometimes those new designs will be free for a day as she brings them out. Some of them will be free once, and never be able to be voted on again, so it's up to us to check and get the designs when they're free. We can TRY to vote for missed alphabet letters, but that usually doesn't work well any more, because there are too many that miss letters, and the next alphabet starts fairly quickly. You will find that people always vote for the new alphabet, rather than missed letters. In the other design categories, if you have a request for us to vote for a design, usually we can get it, if there aren't new designs being given. You can make a post with the tag "voting request", and the members will be happy to help you out. We used to have a member "Letvia" who coordinated requests, but I haven't seen her lately, not sure why. Maybe all the alphabet requests got too much for her, I think her list was about 50 letters long, last I heard.

I hope this explains things a little better to newbies, how the site works. If you have questions, go to the blue word "tutorial" on the left of your screen and click it. I've written a number of tutorials on how to use various features of the site. If you have any questions that aren't answered there, just ask, someone will be glad to help you! Look at the Topics and go to "voting request". Ask for what you need there. Usually we send a private message to Letvia but I'm not sure if she's been around lately.
