I'm sorry I don't know. I checked my stash and couldn't find one although I found filled punctuation. Also a lot of applique sets from Embroidery rn without apostrophes. Did you check in Designs by Cuties? I though someone did an applique alpha.
The links are filled alphas with punctuation.
I only checked for free ones.
Do you have Linnie Pinnie's Liquid applique font? It has water drops that could be turned.
