WOW TALK ABOUT WORK I KNOW SHE WILL LOVE THIS ONE GRANDMOTHER:):) cAROLYN
Beautiful work Pat! What a wonderful way to use those designs and the way you constructed them. I am sure that your GD will love this quilt and cherish it forever.
Cindy B.
Thank you Cindy. I hope she will look after it, she certainly liked it. *4U
Somehow my comment has not gone where I posted so hopefully you will see it
quel travail !
Pat I did not see this very beautiful piece of work/quilt that you made for your grand daughter when you first posted it on Cute. I am very glad that it appeared again. Hopefully the quilt is now with your grand daughter and she is enjoying using it. She has an heirloom from you
Thank you very much. Yes, the quilt has been on her bed for a while now, and she was very pleased with it. Thank you for your compliments. *4U
This is amazing how this has came up just now. When I first saw this I thought WOW I just love this . Since then it has played on my mind so at the moment I am in the middle of doing my version on this.Ron I hope you dont mind and take it as the compliment it is meant to be of our lovely work. Thank you
Thank you for your compliments. Of course I don't mind that you are making the same one, there must have been many more like us who bought the same designs. Don't be
offended if I tell you that my name is Pat, not Ron, he died a year ago.Perhaps I should call myself pat111otter to save
any confusion! Make sure you put your work up when you have finished it. *4U
Wow! must have taken a lot of time it is beautiful I bet she is so pleased with it.
I am glad someone brought this back to the top as it deserves a 2nd showing.
Sally
I don't know how I got this one up again! I've just asked on Community where all my photos have gone, and then this one turns up. Magic or what?
wow.. this is beautiful... this will be treasured..
Great job, Pat, really fantastic, all those faces! I bet the smile on your GD's face must be worth all the hours that went into this.
Thank you very much. I haven't seen Charlotte since she received the quilt
yesterday, but I know she would have been very pleased with it. *4U
WOW that was a lot of work and well done. I am sure your GD will love it.
this is unbelieveble, you are a master quilter. tks for sharing with us
Fantastic idea and work! Is that free-motion stippling? So sorry to read about your losing your husband.
Thank you so much. The stippling block came from a set I purchased from Chantell's Creations. I wish I could have done a much bigger block than 5x7, and I
wouldn't even attempt free-motion, I wouldn't like to think where I had ended up!! *4U
Ron, she will have this quilt today and I'm sure she likes it in real better than on the picture. You did a great job and it just looks fantastic
Thank you Carla. My daughter-in-law took the quilt home today, she said Charlotte
will be over the moon when she sees it, she will phone me to thank me personally.
You won't be offended will you when I say
that Ron was my beloved husband who I lost in March, my name is Pat, the name
"ron111otter" I made up because he was
nuts about otters, it has been misleading for a few people who thought that was my name. Thanks again for your kind remarks.

Great job Pat - I know your grand-daughter will love this and it was made with much love.

Thanks Chris. I've sent her the picture
and she wrote back "Fantastic, thank you".
And yes, it was done with much love. *4U
Wow Pat, that looks great. And you stippled every alternate block.I bet your grandaughter loves it.
Thanks Ricky. I sent her a picture, and
she said it is "Fantastic", so that's good
enough for me! She'll have it on Thursday.
