i re hooped and followed instructions but this time used a plain white fabric wit a firm stabalizer as batting. i then chose plain black for top and bottom threads and sewed out in momochrome adding the backing after the design had been completed and finished off.

i then removed from the hoop and tidied it all up. next i took out my hot fix cristals and added them to the flower design.
The end result was a very fashionable scarf holder. A few beads can be strung from the bottom to add that extra bit of bling if you are young enough to carry it off.
As these only take 15 minutes to sew out they will make fast and easy Christmas stocking fillers. enjoy. annie in the UK

I think this is a better idea than the T-shirt tab! Almost everyone wears scarves at one time or another and has to fight with them to keep them in place unless you pin them. I don't know anyone that still uses a T-shirt tab. Your idea is genius! Thanks for the idea and the pictures!
