I like the idea of small flowers and butterflies with the wording....but will be just as happy with whatever you decide...
I agree with your decision to add some flitting butterflies to the design. Sorry that I can't supply some small ones for you.
Jacqueline
I see the problem. I like the flitting butterflies that come up when I go to the butterfly topic but they are all around 3 inches. Something smaller would be better.
Is there a way to make the third link work in among the words? Maybe the line could be amongst the letters.
Or just use the butterfly section of the 5th link?
This one is lace, but could be sewn onto the fabric. It is only 60mm x 62mm or 2.36 x 2.44Inches.I also like the one Shirlene found. This is going to be a show stopper and I appreciate all your hard work in putting it together!
I love the idea of the birds and butterflies. I think both are very appropriate for this project. I think you will be able to tell what is the best choice. You have done a wonderful job of coordinating this project and getting it together. It is much appreciated by all of us. Hugs, Mary
I thinks it will be lovely with butterflies or the little flowers as in picture.*4u for all your work, you're great!
I like butterflies, or little flowers like you have here shown. doing a great job!!!
Sometimes less is more. I like it just as is but small butterflies would also be nice. Beautiful job. I wish I had known about this site a long time ago and contributed to this beautiful project.
http://www.threadsketches.net/ tweet... try this site it has aome cute small birds
I could digitise some butterflies, what size do you want? Do you want filled designs?
How quickly do you want them?
Hugs n roses, Meganne
thank you for the offer, but remember everything has to be from cute designs only......When do I need them???? yesterday...hehehehe
I think whatever u think would be fine. There are some of us that can edit designs & take a small butterfly off a larger design & make a new file if need be. *
I played around with a butterfly very early this morning...got the butterfly from Grafius block and downsized it as small as my machine would go....I think this one might work
I do like butterflies!!!! But WHATEVER YOU PICK will be PERFECT!!!
Deanna, I don't know if there are any very small birds or butterflies available....the "laughter" with the flower is quite lovely!! I guess it would depend on how large the sections with the "wording" is. By the way, I love the font you choose!!!!!!! Hugs, Laura
Dear Deanna, I don't know if you only want designs from this site or not. There is a little butterfly on Oma's Place. I personally love the flowers you have there.
Love and blessings Chris
Deanna, I will be happy with whatever you do. It will look great :)
Deanna, I looked for small butterflies or birds - most of them are 3 x 3 - now there is this one - that is 3.90 x 1.26 - maybe it would work or you could edit it and make it a bit smaller in places:
i THOUGHT ABOUT TAKING GRAFIUS DESIGN THE FLOWER W/BUTTERFLY AND SHRINKING IT....i AM GOING TO TEST IT OUT RIGHT NOW AND SEE HOW IT DOES
I love the idea of butterflies - there is a sweet one - that doesn't have many stitches - that might shrink - i the designs - one of the newest ones.
How about this butterfly - from this design - it could be in different colors - I will edit it and send it to you: http://designs.cuteembroidery.com...
well now...I went through the design last night...must have been late or I wqas blind as a bat...didn't catch that one..off to stitch it out and see...thanks
something to go with this picture please....
It's lovely - it is a bit hard to understand - what you mean - without knowing exactly - how this works with the quilt. Or am I not understanding what you are saying?
SORRY..THIS IS THE BORDER ALONG THE SIDES OF THE QUILT WITH THE WORDS CHOSEN FROM CUTIES AT THE BEGINNING WHEN WE STARTED THIS PROJECT.....REMEMBER WHEN i ASKED WHAT EACH PERSON GOT FROM CUTE......
Since I did not contribute a square, I do not think I have a say in this but what I can say is, I think the quilt as a whole has turned out to be a true credit to all involved! It is made with love from the group and everything that has been done adds more beauty and love. I just want to say thanks to all involved in the quest. You have turned a few designs into a thing of beauty and it shows more with each step. Deanna has done a wonderful job putting it together and added her touches to add more beauty (and love) to the finished quilt! Everytime it makes a change, the personal touches add to it's beauty. Lots of love to all who have shared in this wonderful project! I am proud to be a part of the Cute Family. You all make me proud to know you even if it is just online! Linda
