There is a set at Artistic thread works. It has a fun robot and space items. There are some farm animals at EmbroideryDK. But you have to be a member.

I googled "Ben 10 embroidery designs" and came up with this. You may want to try this with the others. Chnaces are they are not free anywhere because of copyrights.
