God Bless you all he's a doll!
Thank you, Ronnie. I hadn't actually changed his diaper until yesterday (we have a very large family) and his mother (my daughter) said, "Mom that is the first time he hasn't cried while having a diaper change, I thought he just hated it, but he only wanted you!" Nice try, but not so easy....;)
Congratulation, what a nice family with this 3 boys!
Thank you, we are going to have to learn to love bugs and worms and creepy crawly things.;)
Jerrilyn, I see this was posted 3 days ago and I am just now seeing this! Took a look at the picture and the boys are just precious! They are beautiful children! I think the baby tried to come in this world half grown. He is a big boy! I hope and pray that all are well and doinf great. It is hard to see that new picture of you and believe you are a granny. The new picture makes you look like a teenager. I had already made a comment about that. You need to post some more pictues as soon as you get some more. He will change almost daily for some time. The 2 older boys really look proud of the baby! I can not imagine how much fun it is going to be with 3 little boys running around! This is a joy that I have missed because the real granny does not like to share with the step great-granny. She has kept them so long for her two girls that she does not want them out of her site. The oldest started to school this year and her Mommy moved to the North side of Atlanta so My son and the granny(GAIL) does not get to see her as much as she always has. They sure do not want to share her with anyone. The two boys , Mama (Gails daughter) and the Husband live with My son and their Granny, Gail, and since the oldest grand daughter is not around very much now, they do not like to share the boys. There is such choas in the house I do not like to go very often. They do not have enough time to theirselves as it is. I did not even go on Thanksgiving. My son and I were going to cook Thanksgiving Lunch and he backed out and went to serve food to the needy. With my handicap, I would not have been able to do very much but hurt so at the last minute, I decided not to go. He brought me a plate Thursday night from the church said hello and left. They had food , clothes and other things for the families that came to eat. The church that they go to planned this and asked for people to help. I understand that it is done every year. It is a wonderful thing that they gave of their time to help out with the Thanksgiving celebration. I sure am going to miss being a granny and great granny but I had my son at home until he was 37.
The boys are beautiful children and I am sure that you will do your sworn duty as a Granny to spoil them rotten! May God Bless all of you in this new venture with a brand new baby!
Jerrilyn, congratulations!!! What a precious picture of the boys! Spoil and hug him for me too :)
well congrats to your family...what a thanksgiving blessing indeed....looks like we will have them growing up here together...hehehe....deanna
Yes, this was indeed a blessing. Well, since we are as far from each other (almost) as possible within this country we will have to plan a road trip and meet half way and introduce these little tykes to each other.;)
Great news Jerrilyn - another blessing for your Thanksgiving table. I had granddauhters born about that size too.
Thank you, Beth and he is about the size of a ham! hahaha. I'm glad my darling daughter had him and not me! She's a little bigger girl than I am.
Congratulations! They are so precious. You have good reason to celebrate this season.
Jerrilyn, CONGRATULAITONS - what a big boy. I just bet he will be a fullback - Hehehe!
Thank you Shirlene. His daddy said he was going to bring a football helmet to the hospital to see if it fit him....Daniel LOVES having boys to play with.;)
