In germany we have the old tradition of a topping out ceremony, a main part of it are the speeches of all the workers who built the house.

We plan on having a big party for all of the guys that helped build it. We'll have to call it a topping out party. Thanks for the ideas.

Northeast of Brainerd a bit. My parents lived on Borden Lake after they retired, which is close to Garrison. I have friends from the range. Do you ever get to Brainerd?
