Thanks for remembering a US holiday.
Hope your week is wonderful.

Several yrs ago we were traveling up to my sister-in-laws for Thanksgiving dinner. I had the desserts, my mother-in-law had all the sides and my sister-in law was making the turkey. Halfway up we hit a snow storm, we could not make it so we turned around & figured we would just have something else. When we got to my mother-in-laws house we started to cook when the electricity went out, we ended up laughing so hard and had such a great time, my kids asked if we could NOT have turkey the next year and we made it our "Family Tradition" so now (25 years later) we do not have turkey on Thanksgiving but we do have it many other times during the year. My kids (now all grown)have carried this tradition into their married lives.
Just thought I'd share, Happy Thanksgiving to all the cuties!!
Well, turkey is an American tradition buy all my kids love it and we have one just before the holidays every year.
There are some in this fmly who do not like turkey so we cook a ham and a turkey. A happy day to you. *
