A further update....She apologiged in person. A very sincere apology....I was glad I was sitting down. So all is well, Forgiven, and Forgotten. And her and I have a new fresh start!

Mine is still in the shop I called the company coustmer service and told him if he did not do something I was going to call Chanel 2 and let him explain to then and the world why it has been 4 months and my machine is not fixed yet.

So glad you have your machine back and humming! But you should NOT have had to go through all that to get it up and running! The first dealer should have made it right or got you a new machine!! Guess I know where you will be taking your business from now on!
