Well, my cuties family, I have great news. My fight with the dealership that sold me my Bernina Deco 600 has come to a resolution. Finally, after much discussion and to do, she has done the right thing. She supplied the guy I trust with the parts to fix my machine. It saved me $ 150. I know she was trying to save face and get me to let the BBB know it was solved. So I think after reading the whole account that I gave to the BBB, she realized that she should have done things differently and rectified the problem. So I will be contacting the BBB to let them know.

And my "Bernie" is home and sounds better than when I got it the first time! Yeah!

Thank you to all who gave me support and great advice through all of this! I love you all!

A further update....She apologiged in person. A very sincere apology....I was glad I was sitting down. So all is well, Forgiven, and Forgotten. And her and I have a new fresh start!

Fantastic, Lyn!! I'm glad you can get some of your Christmas sewing done. Sorry you had to go thru this, but your perseverance paid off! And, maybe you saved someone else this hassle down the road, I hope the bad dealer learned her lesson. I'm glad to hear that the BBB actually works to help resolve these matters. Have great fun getting to know "Bernie" all over again! Hugs, Marji

Don'tcha wish these machines were as tough as the old treadles?
They are so darn touchy.
I hope you never have any more trouble with it.

So glad you have your machine back and humming! But you should NOT have had to go through all that to get it up and running! The first dealer should have made it right or got you a new machine!! Guess I know where you will be taking your business from now on!
