for you, but I can assure you: you do not want it yet.

I am afraid it could blast your machine.

My idea was to do an outline design, just the stitches, no fill- a modern redwork (when I tried to become a seamstress I chose a vest: no sleeves! Still a smart idea, but failed anyway..)
and did some research for it. I knew Picasso did some drawings without interrupting the line (one-line drawing circus scenes f.e.) and I thought this would be a great start for a design without jumps.

I came across this guy:
http://www.alexcraggs.com/squiggl...
isn't this great ???

and I planned to do my own alpha and came across this
http://dailydropcap.com/

and for planning some easy, folk art style designs I liked this site for inspiration
http://www.theflossbox.com/galler...

and by the way I collected this for some project ideas
http://www.skiptomylou.org/sewing...

that's all I have done so far.
I pressed all magical buttons in all programs I knew so far for making an usable design out of my drawing, but I think there is no way to avoid clicking each single point and curve in it manually.
OK. next year.
Happy holidays!
Eva

I knew you were coming back. I love your drawing. I would love to use that on something. Don't know yet what but need permission from you first. You are a talented lady.

Most easy way to use it this stage would be a coloring page or a greeting card I think.
You are welcome, do whatever you want.
Owl is bigger than baby- looks like too much wisdom.
This is a compressed pic, loading of the original took 10 minutes and I had to cancel... this might had been the reason for Digitizing program to split the design to 25 partial files....
you see, I'm in change here.
;-))

Thanks Eva. It may be pretty as a print out on a card.

Liebe Eva,
Bettina

Dear Eva,
the design looks gorgeus and I'm looking forward for the new year to stitch it:o) My embird isn't always so clever as it should be (or is it the old problem with the user in front of the PC?) ;-)
greetings, ansalu

Glad to see you back - you have been busy with all your internet searching.

Love the picture of the tree with the Welcome Baby in it.

You are one very talented lady.

Love and blessings Chris

This was the first scetch for my "design".
I thought it would be easy to follow the line.
computer did not agree to this theory... ;-)
