I don't know what happened, but can you write to the Pfaff services so they can tell you what to do?? I have problems now with my nerw computer and the embroidery software and they always give me an answer and try to help me out. Hope this helps. If not, can you ask your dealer???? Good luck
Thanks for the info, I will try it.I had already taken it to my dealer and he gave me a phone # to call and what they told me was to take it to the dealer so I am back to square 1 again, but for sure I will email Pfaff.Thanks very, very much.
