Made this a couple of years ago. I wonder if I could digitise something like this. That might take as long as making the bobbin lace, but I could then stitch it out much and much quicker.

This is a very nice work. Is 'bobbin lace' a special technique?

It´s made the oldfashioned way, although the pattern is rather modern. The thread is wound on bobbins (´fuseaux´ in French) which are woven over one another to create the pattern, lots of pins are needed to keep it in place till it´s finished, rather time consuming.
