Still not able to down load, my account does not show a paid subscription. have sent email to contact, any other suggestions, other than sit on my hands and B patient. lol

I think Veronika was going to be out of town for a few days. I don't know how the order process works. Does someone have to manually set it or what? I sure she will respond as soon as she can. Kay

This happened to me once. I had forgotten to finalize the payment. Do you have confirmation e-mail of your purchase? I am sure you will get it straightened out. Also when I first signed up I used a different e-mail address which brought about some confusion, but Veronika was always prompt to fix it.
