My renewal was immediate. I went through the process and them went to my personal information on membership and it was there. I'm sure it will eventually be resolved. Veronika has always been so helpful to her membership.
Did you use the same email address for your Pay Pal as you use for your Cute membership? sometimes different email addresses can cause a hiccough.
When i had a problem once Veronika gave me an extra month. I know it is frustrating but she will make it right.

paid through paypal on Friday 1 Jan. had confirmation but still no subscription on my account and unable to download. only three more days on leave, so very frustrating as I was hoping to get some of the designs and stitchout while on leave.
I renewed my membership on Saturday (2.1.-10) and after paypal had verified my payment, I could DL immediately! Did you receive a order confirmation by e-mail? Hope your subscription is okey by now! This is very annoying...
