Also ther was a site with bookmarks with a cat that the tail would hang over the page. Any help would be appreciated.

Gayle Daffy Down Dilly had a design for Mini Cooper in her archive files a while ago. I have just been to her site and couldn't find any archived designs only the free ones. You might be able to contact her and purchase the design if she still has it.
