I have an Elna, and if I go to "edit" I can turn the design around to face the other way.

I own 4 machines that all have the possibility to embroider a mirror image, even the cheapest (or should I say less expensive), a Brother 190D. I am surprised your machine does not have that feature. Do you have any software? I am sure every brand incorporates mirroring, horizontally as well as vertically.

Hey Moyed, my Brother and my daughter's Singer also have this feature that allows you to rotate the design, you got good advice from Penni so hope this works.

Hi Moyed, on my machine I have an option of changing from side to side or top to bottom it is usually located somewhere on the embroidery machine. I have the Husqvarna Designer 1 Limited Edition and my little icons are situated on the right hand side of the picture. I've taken a picture to show you where mine is situated. I am currently doing a Tiger from the Sue Box designs and if you look at the right of the screen you can see 4 little icons one has an up and down shaped diamond and the other has a left and right shaped diamond. They are situated underneath the oval shaped icon with the number 0.0 and just above the little circle with a square box and the other one with 3 boxes in it. I hope this is of some help to you.

If not, I am sure someone will come along who can help.

If you could put in the design of your machine that would help greatly.

Love and blessings Chris

Thank you pennifold, you explain to make the mirror picture on the screen of the machine, is it possible to have the picture mirror with the 3D Studio, to allow to have the 2 pictures, the first and the mirror on the same design?

kazza by kazza 10 Jan 2010

Yes it can be done in 3D Studio very easily - select the item on the screen and you will see a little arrow head on the side - just click on it and it's reversed

pennifold by pennifold 11 Jan 2010

Sorry Claude, just read your question. Yes it is possible to mirror a second picture and have it done in the same hooping. E.g. 2 tigers, one facing say to the right and one facing to the left. As "Kazza" has said you just click on the little arrowhead shaped icon on the design and it will immediately reverse the design. Good luck love and blessings Chris

Opps! Just re-read and you have the Designer 1. Doesn't look like they are going to make either models any longer.
