Very true. Any source of help is better than none, and some of the Yahoo Groups are really great. I am a bit of a Yahoo Group addict. I am a member of more than 60 of them. *blush*

That is a very good suggestion, hazelgrace. I have also found that the support at the store where I purchased my machine is wonderful. It is one of the reasons I decided to purchase from a local reputable dealer.
