Is there any way to locate specific designs in designs by cuties?

No, alas, there is no search engine for Designs by Cuties, only for Community and Projects. There have been requests in the past to add one, but understandably adding this feature to the site has no priority.

You can do a search on the digitizer's name, or on the name of the file if you know that. Otherwise you need to go page by page - page numbers show at the bottom of each page.
