something so only the design printed. Now I cannot figure out what I did. I really would like the color changes to print. Help please :( Thanks in advance. Becky

Debbie is right. Go to file, print setup. Then on the lower left side of the dialog box I have selected 'outline template'. Close and go to file, print preview. You will notice that the template is black and white but the second page does show what section of the design prints first, second, etc. That page is in color. So, maybe that is what you are remembering? Print preview will show you both pages. I hope this works for what you want.

Thanks, Kathy. It works from Easy Import not Easy Edit.

Under "file" select print "set-up". On the lower left side of the dialog box, select the "template mode" of your choice. Customizer doesn't print the thread changes, only a color or black & white template. Do you have digitizer?

That is what Janome told me too but all I have ever had is Customizer and I did get color changes. I wish I knew what I did.

Customizer does print colour changes and templates. You will have to change your settings in your printer to get colour.

Also don't forget to click on the design in the right hand side window of the customizer before you go to files, other wise it will not show.
