I too have been to the site and stitched out one for my grandaughter
are these the towel holders you were talking about...?
I have a set of instructions..anyone who would like them please pm me with your email address and I will send you a copy...I bought two sets from smart needle but will only give out the instructions for the towel holder...sorry no sharing the designs though...the construction is the same as for turquoise..
I've seen some that use WWS for the top hanging portion but I don't think turquoise works that way.
if you place sticky tear away stabilizer in the hoop you are going to use, you can lay down on this ,the corner of the towel.
make sure the embroidered opening for the hanging towel comes just in the corner of the towel and embroider the design.
after embroidering remove the sticky tear away and cut the eye of the embroidery(the place you can hang it) open.
if you click on the link you can see how the embroidery is placed on the towel. good luck!
I imagine (since I have never done it) that you would embroider the design in the corner of a towel and cutting out the circle to be able to hand it up. Hopefully someone else will come along and explain it better or send a tutorial link
Hi whitedaisy, you must click on the http, it opens a new side, than go back with clicking your curser back (on your computer), you come back to the first side with the http, click on this again and the file will open! Hope you understand and have success!
excuse me but perhaps I don't explaned well..I have just downloaded the pes design, but now i don't understand how embroider this on the towel
Look on Emlibrary.com site for their instructions or smartneedle.com for their instructions. Very easy to do. The first stitch out is usually a triangle. Use adhesive spray or sticky stabalizer. Place the corner or middle of towel at top of the triangle. Then it will sew an outline. spray again on towel and place applique fabric down. Sew design. Usually there is another outline sewn before the finall satin edging, that is the time to remove hoop from machine, don't remove stabalizeer or towel. Spray on back of design and place another piece of applique fabric to cover back stitching. Then sew final satin edging stitching trim all excess fabric if you haven't done so already. Good luck.
I checked emblibrary and smart needle and could not find instructions. Do you have a link?
Sorry can't help you but I can send you a flower and wish you a nice day. Good luck. Juanita
