If it is the kitty design on a pink towel with the name Tahlya you are best to lay on sticky stablizer or I use double sided tape the first stitches in green is where the towel must be placed once this line is stitched it will hold towel in place while design is stitched out cut hole when completed if you dont quite understand me let me know happy sewing Shazells

use watersolvoble under and above your towel hoop everything together and that's it ...is this what you mean ??
