I'm not computer savy! I have alot of designs that are duplicates. Is there a way I can organize my designs into catgories, such as, flowers, babies and etc.? I appreciate your help.

If you don't want to buy a program you can set them up on your own. I use 4D Extra for my software program. I created a folder called "My Designs". Inside that I just created a folder to correspond to the subjects of designs, ie- alphabet, birds, bookmarks, butterflies and etc. Inside of each of those you can make additional folders- ex- FSL bookmarks, fabric bookmarks, in-the-hoop inside of the bookmark folder. It takes time to start. If you come across a design that doesn't fit one you have then just create a new folder for that topic.

iris gave you a wonderful link. and yes it's easy if you make different folders for; flowers, animals, texts, kitchen etc. it's easier if you're looking for a design.

Here is your solution. Go to http://stitchfun.com/news_091226.... and download the files and info about sorting etc of your files. Subscribe to their newsletter for free and get lots of info. You can also read their back issues. Have fun.

This isn't an answer. I am in the same boat. I have hundreds of designs downloaded, no clue as to what some of them are. I also want to know how to fix this. Thnkx!

Go to Sands Computing, there is a program called Sew Iconz, for about $25, I think. This will show you pictures of your designs, like in "My Photos" the thumbnail view shows you pictures of your photos in the folders. Good luck, Marji
