these B and C are letters that are voted,from an older alpha. It is possible to vote for letters untill a new alpha starts.:)

Mary51 The embossed Alpha is a completed one & any u see come up have been voted in. Hette gives u excellent advice. It's possible but not likely the A or B will come up again soon. *

This is not a new alpha like the embossed one. On the alpha page, you can see all the prior sets in the left-hand list. Random letters from random sets may get posted as freebies until a new set begins. If you are able to subscribe then you could DL any & all designs on this site and not have to wait for freebies.
