I find it difficult to replay to you to read such pain. I sometimes feel that when I read it all and tell myself not to read for a few days.
You must realise that life is very precious. We all have our time here on earth and must make the most of it. Look aroud you and see the flowers and the birds. so much beauty all around. Oh Lucy, I'm so sorry that recent events have caused you so much pain. I will lift you in prayer. Please, Please take the advice of the other Cuties and find a lifeline. And commit this message to your heart..."Suicide is a PERMANENT solution to a TEMPORARY problem" God has you by the hand and he will bring you through this if you allow him to take control.

Thank God you are still here Lucy - God has other plans for you and He knows what they are.

I think we are all in shock over the death of these two beautiful women. And, of course, as most of us are mothers on here we feel the pain too.

Please be assured of our love and concern for you - thankfully you can come on here at anytime and there will always be someone here to "talk" to. But, try and find some help or someone to talk with over the phone. We have Lifeline here in Australia, I don't know what you have over in America.

Thanks for your heartfelt message, Am not sure where Lucy is living, as it isn't specified on her profile, but she will hopefully keep in touch and get help.

Dear Lucy,
Sometimes life seems so overwhelming that we choose to do something that cannot be undone, and then we later regret it. Please know that God loves you and that others do also.
I will pray for you and will pray that your pain subsides. Try to keep busy and get some exercise. Those things will help. Get out and visit places where there are people and phone someone for help.
If you feel overwhelmed by the loses and grief that you've heard about on this board, then you may need to talk that over with someone. A Priest, Pastor, Rabbi or other spiritual guide can help you. Perhaps you can volunteer at a feeding center or homeless shelter; by helping others you will dwell on your own problems less, and it will refresh you.
I want you to promise that you will talk to someone. A help line (telephone) National Hotline 1-800-448-3000 is a toll free way to talk to someone who has crisis training and can lead you to some helpful places. Please call them.
You are loved even when it is not Valentines day.
