TU, DH gave me my gift last week and part of my BDay gift too. He's always early...LOL ;D *2U

I was lucky Lillian - my dear Trevor bought me the most beautiful lemon coloured roses with pinky/orangey reddish edges - quite unusual - of course no smell as are all the newer varieties - but they are still gorgeous. Thanks for the well wishes - I hope you all have a wonderful St Valentine's Day.

Oh chris the roses are beautiful, but isn't it sad they have bred the scent out of them. I can remember lying bed at night when a child with my window open smelling roses. We had a long fence with running pink roses on it & they smelled wonderful.

Thanks Lena. There's so much chocolate around here & flowers. My favorite are some red tulips that I'll get to set out in the spring.
