I own the Brother ULT 2003D. D is for Disney. I also purchased designs cards to get more Disney. These are very good quality.

If you are talking about Tinkerbell from Peter Pan, then don't touch the free or cheap ones. That would be a licensed design and the digitizer should provide proof that he bought the license. The reason your other Tinkerbell did not line up would be because it was not a legitimate design, possibly pirated,and badly digitized.
