seeing that these are a food item, I think his customers might appreciate them being in a food grade cellophane bag. You could add a cute ribbon...and for display, add some Easter grass to a Easter basket and arrange in the basket. Personally, I like to see a food item packaged in a safe enviornment, like a cello bag.
the answer you got from camilow is so great Í cannot add something new to that. so hope the market goes well!*4u
I guess that would depend on how much time you have to embroidery them...How much money you want to invest vs how much you plan on returns.....Do you get the organdie bags at a good discount and qty....You can always see how much time and material it will take to make 1 doily vs. the bag and ribbon. Another thought to keep in mind is where are you planning on selling them...If in a high end place, then the embroidered doilies may bring you more...but if you are planning on marketing them to younger kids and the general public, the packaging will not have to be as intricute as the upper class society....Unless your sons chocolate is out of this world and is known for it, it might be pretty hard to get enough to make it worth the extra time you would have to put into for elaborate packaging...I hope this makes since and helps...... Another idea you could do is go to your craft store and get mini boxes and some little candy paper holders (like mini cupcake holders) and put them in that way...add a ribbon around there...simple, easy and depending on the ribbon, could be elegant also ....lol deanna
