multiple layers without bogging down. I got mine at 'Sew Vac Direct' it came as a pkg - Frame, Machine, template, computer software for quilting designs, laser pointer, stitch regulator and it was only $2495, which I thought was a terrific price. I'll upgrade my machine to a true long arm one day but now I'm happy as a kitten at milking time!

Which Juki did you get? The number 800 quilting model? Saw that setup at Quilt Festival in Houston, it looked really slick.

You are one lucky lady Karen. Enjoy it, I do not have a clue what it looks like. I still am at the admiring stage of quilting and hope to get at the making stage one day. Hugs.

How is this working for you. I would like to purchase a frame but am looking at many brands and models. I would like to buy the baby lock quilt quest machine and use it on this frame. I didn't want a machine to use only on the frame. This way I can take it off and use it for sewing as well. Any suggestions or problems with your setup and use?

no problems at all, I love my Juki - you will only be limited by the space from the needle to the inside of the machine. so a regular machine will limit your sizes other than that sounds good!

Sounds heavenly; we expect lots of pictures on the 'projects' portion of this board.
I'm envisioning the kittens at milking time, and guessing you have a pleased smile!
