Thanks for the help. Looks like something I really need to check into...With a new baby DGD I am sure I will be sewing/embroidering and playing a lot. LOL
Sue :-)
Good question; wonder if you iron the fabric onto freezer paper to make it stiff, and then cut???
Waiting to hear and will check their website.
you do add a iron fusable on the back before you can cut it, I don't know what the right kind is you use but then material sticks to the matt, you iron it on to project, stitch, done.
Thanks Michele; I still have not checked the Cricket website, but will try soon.
I've been told that you can. =o) I bought a special blade to cut fabric and was told that it is wonderful. But since I bought it at about the same time I got my sewing/embroidery machine can you guess what happened? My poor Cricut hasn't been out of the closet. I also bought a special blade to cut some stuff to do a monogram to go on the window of my daughter's car for Christmas. LOL Maybe she will get it for her birthday in August.
yes you can go to there site and search on a how to.
If not there I am sure there is a yahoo group that knows, I am in a couple of groups for my sillohette machine and mine can cut fabric for applique
