The team number is 93 and it has to be 4 inches high, easy to read and it is a requirement that it be on all sides of the robot. I can do that in my software but I would like numbers that have a more secure fill stitch than I can do. The robots bang into each other all the time and I am afraid that it will rip and you won't be able to read the numbers after a while. I could do applique but I have never done that... Please let me know if you would be willing to help me.

Thanks, Maureen

Maureen, I think applique is very good for this adn it is not difficult at all and quick to do. Why don't you give it a try on a scrap first, it is very easy to do.

It looks easy but I have been afraid to do it. It would also use less thread.

Thanks!

It is easy and you could use a sturdy material - and digitising it is done in minutes.
