Thanks that is great of you can you share how much rice and how much lavender you put in each? Also can you put the heating instructions with it. Thanks that would be nice.You can send a pm if you want or just post it here. Sara

Dear Sara,
I put my rice and lavender buds in a ratio of about 2/3 rice to 1/3 lavender buds...so if you use 2 cups of rice, you would put 1 cup of lavender buds. I fill the muslin bags till they are about 2/3 full. In that way, they can conform around a wrist, or hand, or where ever you place them. You microwave the muslin bag between 1-2 minutes depending on how hot your microwave gets. You then replace the muslin bags into the outer embroidered fleece pouch.
