Janome Digitizer MB. It is not same like Sfumato photo stitch pictures. If I buy sfumato's do I have to buy the whole Embird's software as I have Janome MB digitzer.

No, it is not the same.
If you want to do Sfumato you will have to buy Embird, plus the Sfumato module.
I did this dog with photostitch in Digitizer Pro/MB.
Go to the Janome site and click on the lessons tag. Then click on photostitch. It will tell you how to do it.
