When you add a profile picture does it change immediately or does it take a little while. Just wondering if I did it wrong.

I just went to your profile & find no changes. I would suggest u try again to upload the new avatar & please tell us where u are from. I like to at least see what part of the world a cute is from. The picture u post should not take long unless u are like me & have dial UP, but even with the Dial up it only takes a few mins. *
