Marie he is so cute, I'm sorry to hear about his problem but they are performing miracles these days with ear surgery. I'm sure in time he will be fine. One of my daughters had to have an eardrum destroyed surgically because of Meniere's disease and they tell us its possible one day she will have it in the other ear but she is 47 now & says she could manage not hearing but if eyesight was gone life would b very difficult. We just count our blessings. *
Love and prayers for you and for your young grandson, and his hearing difficulties. My best friend, as a child, was severely hearing impaired, and led a wonderful life. I will pray that your grandson's hearing can be improved by aids and perhaps by surgery.
Love to you,
Jacqueline
Marie, thanks for sharing with us. He sure is a happy chappy. Will add him to my prayer list. Hope all goes well. Hugs Yvonne
Will definetly add to my list....Good looking boy...Hey where are their shoes out of curiosity? I thought sports required them....
Deanna , they don't wear boats in Rugby at this age. Only when they get older.- Hugs Yvonne

hugs and prayers for you and grandson, good thing is doctors are very clever nowadays. He looks a happy and nice boy on this picture.
Agge Neee! That is not good news! The positive side is that they will be able to operate in 2years or so - keep your faith and hope, Marie. Time will pass, for now, LOVE is all you can give to help and support him and your children to get through this. Love Suzette
They are going for a second opinion to the Institute for Ear Nose and Troat in Pretoria. Next week. Love Marie
He is a cute little boy, I hope that he will recover hearing, with hearing aids or surgery.
Marie, Your grandson is a handsome little guy! Praying that everything will get better for his hearing!
The one with the rugbyball in his hands. Today my DIL took him for one of several test that they have done over the last three years, and the sad new is: he must get some hearing aids in both his ears. The doctors said that the little canals in his ears is so small, that he can hardly hear anything. This little one is playing rugby, cricket, wrestling, athletics, and in his class he got the highest points for academics. Not a day out of school for the past two years, and now that. Only when he gets to nine years, they will think of operating on his ears. Please cuties can we all pray for him and maybe it will get better. Love Marie
He look such a happy and friendly boy. Lovely photo.
Liefde Marie
