out with gaps and outline off just in some places and perfect in others. I know I am hooping right because I sewed out another set from another site and they sewed out perfectly. I have a singer xl6000 and used the pes format. Thanks

icana do you have any editing SW on your computer? If u do you may can fix the designs by editing & moving the stitch points. *

sorry to hear this is not good if you have sewn out on a project - it is best to test stitch.
If I have sewn a design & the outer line is off track,I use a fine tip permanant pen to fill in that part - so far my son has not noticed this on his pillow I recently did.
Does not solve all problems though I would have accepted a refund.

Sorry to hear u are having problems. Is every one of the designs not sewing out properly? You have been given excellent answers by all here. If not a single one of the designs sews out correctly I would say it's a problem on your end. I do wish the person who posted sew out would contact you & give u some insight. *

I have sewn out 7 of the 9 designs and all of them are messed up with outlines off. Part of the designs sew out right and then messes up. My other designs sew out good. I have contacted her and sent pics. She offered me a refund but I did not take it. I want the designs to sew out right. I just wondered if anyone had any ideas of how I can fix them.

Did you check the amount of stitches in the design and stabilize accordingly?
Also, what fabric did you stitch them on? Unless specified, all designs are digitized to go on cotton fabric.

Yes I stabilized accordingly. It was cotton broadcloth with med-heavy wt stabilizer. I sewed out designs from this site using the same method and they sewed out perfectly.

How many stitches were in this particular design and how much stabilizer did you use?
For every 10,000 stitches you need to use 1 layer of medium weight tear away stabilizer.
You must check every design you stitch for the stitch count, because they all vary.

Just because you pay a good price for designs doesn't mean they are good. I do a test out of ALL designs before I put them on something good. I have had many wonderful free designs from talented digitizers who have been so kind to share with us, and I've had a few bad designs that I paid good money for. I did contacted the company.

the free one stitched out perfectly and she said she had never had a complaint before.

Have you stitched designs from that site before? If so and the others stitched well I would contact the site owner. If it's the first time from that site they may just be inferior designs. Can you tell us where you purchased them from? That might help determine whether it's the design or some other problem.

no I have not stitched anything from there and the owner said I was the first person to complain about any of her designs, she offered me a refund but I did not take it. I saw the designs sewn out here in projects about a week ago and they looked perfect but they are awful for me.

OK, so you have seen the finished designs sewn out by someone else and they looked perfect. I'm afraid that would indicate that it's something going on at your end. What kind of fabric, stabilizer, needle and thread are you using??? Maybe you could send a personal message to the person who posted the designs here and ask what they used.

I did but she did not respond. I did stabilize properly. I changed needle, stabilizer, bobbin thread, etc. with no difference. All of my other designs turned out great. She may have been using a different format and different machine than me. I had some designs once that would not sew out right on by other machine but sewed out good on my singer. I am using med-heavy wt cut away stabilizer and cotton broadcloth
