The small embossed alpha (A) by

Hi,
did you try to download it in another format?
p.e.: not .jef but .pes or any other?
I have this also many times at designsbysick. If I change the format I can download.
My embroideryprogamme can convert to what I need.

I get the same thing when I try to download buttonhole - simply design id: #2556187

Nova, I checked this out for you, and the same thing seems to be happening with castelyn's embossed cross just below the A, too. Veronika has been doing extensive work on the sites, and I think perhaps there is a mis-direction in the address bar. I have notified Veronika of this problem, so hopefully we will have an answer or have it fixed soon. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and hope you can download it soon. Hugs, Marji

Thank you all so much ... I was thinking my computer was at fault sooo glad cpu is ok. I'll keep trying its the only letter I didn't get.
