click download, save target as, should be in dark print so I can click it, but it isn't. I've been bringing the design up in my 4D software in order to save them, but it's a little bit more trouble to do that. If anyone understands what I'm saying and can tell me what I need to do, I really would appreciate it. Thanks for any help!

DesignCrazy, when I select my format and hit the "download" button, I get the grey screen in the following picture. Then I just "save" it to the folder where it's going to live. I just did this on today' freebie, and it worked just fine. I'm not sure where you're getting 'save target as', are you just left clicking on the download button, or right clicking on it? marjialexa, thanks for trying to help me. When I left click download, it brings the design up in my 4D software hoop, so I just save it from there. When I right click, all those choices come up like, copy, print picture as, add to favorites. Usally, save target as, will be in darker print and I click on it to save the design where ever I want to. I guess it's something that I've done wrong, I just don't know what. Sorry if you don't understand me.

Oh, I meant to say, I had been doing it the same as you, but for some reason it isn't working like that for me now.
