I spent a fortune in there! I even got some pretty cool fabric to finish my red hat quilt. :-)

In the UK we have a large store called HobbyCraft & you can spend hour after hour looking & loading your trolly up & oh boy what a shock when you get to the checkouts ladies just seem to get carried away LOL

There is a Hobby Lobby just a few blocks from my home. I love it! I always seem to buy a lot more than the items I went there to get.

Dont have one of those but I think I want one. Weel I dont need to spend a fortune anyway. glad you had fun. Hugs Lisa

I'm jealous and glad at the same time: I would not stop spending if there were a store like that anywhere within 300 miles!

I love their store too! It's owned by Christians so they are closed on Suns so their employees can go to church. The people are usually also very helpful if you can't find what you need!

Oh, I know - you are so right!!! I love Hobby Lobby. They have nice fabric and so many crafting items!!! But, I have found a "new" store to get blanks for embroidery ....Toys R Us!!!!! Their bibs are wonderful and very very reasonable!!!

I visit our Hobby Lobby here at least once a week for supplies for my various hobbies. In fact, I went there today for some glue sticks to finish my spring/summer wreath for the front door. It's like a candy store, isn't it?! LOL

Now I have to go on line and check this out. You are right we don't have these in California. :(

Hope you didn't buy any Easter items, they go on ridiculous clearance sale! I know right now the Easter things at HL are on sale for 35% off and after Easter WOW!

Don't have them in my area of VA either, but my daughter lives in SC, and they are one of my favorite places to visit there.

You can find some good deals there if you shop their weekly sale.

Oh, I DO feel sorry for those who don't have Hobby Lobby! It is sooooo much fun and they have so many things to project on.;)

Always nice to fine a new place to splurge. I've heard of them but none in my area. Hope to see your red hat quilt soon.
