I can't get patterns to download from the plb site (the devil angels) any help out there? TY chlo

I missed the first 3 because I didn't go to my account and assumed I had read the site properly but I hadn't. Finally I managed so have 4 and 5. so will need to buy the other they are so cute. Sally

I know the protocol for downloading, but I never ever get a box with free shipping anywhere on the page....and when I go to my acct and downloads it always says the cart is empty...Chlo

Free shipping is where you click to pay. As they are free you ckick free shipping

edith gave you the instructions, that's how it goes!

once you have gone through all the process of putting in basket and checking out. Go to my account and than click on downloads. You will find them there

You have to read the instructions very well!!!! I could not get them to just download either. I finally decided to read carefully to see what I was missing. The site is very different from the ones I was used to just popping in and downloading. You have to go to your account and then read what to do after you save the designs.

More info please. What site are you talking about. Maybe a link would help.
