These designs are very simple to do. I use two layers of water soluble fibrous stablizer hoop tight to stitch my designs out on.And rinse out with warm water layed flat to dry. As for putting a flower on top. I wouldn't with this design type.

Yes, before I give away a free design, I always stitch it out first either on my huskystar em10 or my brother 2500d. That way I know if anything goes wrong and can be corrected and how long it takes to stitch out.
