Is this what you were talking about? There are many variations of the design on sewforum. You could probably do this with any "cute" design that needs ears and a couple of buttonholes. I am continually amazed at how very clever some people are. It's such fun to see their ideas.

thank you, I have that one, this one was different in that the cloth was not through the ears but about the waist

no just a design on a towel with a face cloth that goes through each side of the design. Can be used for a new baby gift.
