I often click on the name with a post as I think it is nice to know at least where people are - almost always there is no information in the profile so I'm none the wiser!

Although I had something I just now added a little more. You definitely have a point there.

It is nice to read a little about the cuties as they all become great friends even if we never see each other. It is nice that some we can actually talk to and others that you know are there if ever you need a shoulder to lean on. I have just updated my profile

I think it would be great if everybody did just that. I found a new friend here lbrow and I live about 40 miles from each other. We talk a lot on the telephone, just ask her husband. (He is a nice fellow.) although we have never met in person we plan to as soon as we can. Busy lives keeps us all going. Well anyway what I am trying to say is that you may find a Cute friend out your back door. You know you find enough friends that you could have a Cute Emb party.Sara

I didn't know that there was a profile until someone sent me a private message and asked me to fill it out.

Maybe they don't know how. They might be afraid. I know I took of my e-mail since anyone can see this. You don't even have to be logged in. It would be nice to know a little more. Angie

I agree with you! It is nice to know a bit about all of the people we communicate with on a daily basis. Most everyone here are friends with the exception of a few that do not join in but once in a blue moon. You and I found out we had a bit in common by sharing. We grew up in Macon and even went to the same school, along with some other things. Kay(katydid) and I live in the same area now. Meganne shared with us and had people from all over the world pryaing and pulling for her during some of the worst moments of her life(and the happiest).We have been able to share some of the finest moments in Chris' life with the preperation and the arrival of her grandchildren. All of you encouraged me and prayed for my son when he had his Heart Attack. Friends....even though we have never met in person. I know that I admire Meganne more than anyone I have ever met in person for her determination, her heart of gold, and her happy-quirky attitude that keeps her on top of the world Most of the time. She says what she means and means what she says. Of course we just had the biggest secret of all time dropped on us and it was a very interesting and touching moment for all of us. Again, I say friends.....You have to be one to have one. Let us know a bit about yourself! Hugs, Linda

Oh! gee, thanks Linda - that's such a lovely post. I too am in awe of Meganne - I spoke to her Sunday for about an hour and she is still sick, so we are all hoping and praying that things settle down soon.

Have had some problems with identity theft and with people finding my address and writing/sending me things. One must be cautious...

At least a location would be nice... I'm with you Sue. :-) Maybe they're concerned about releasing information on the WWW???
