I bought a larger hoop for my machine that was recommended by the company that manufactured my machine. All said and done yes the hoop fit my machine, but I was still limited by the machines actual embroidery field and could not stitch out designs larger than what the machine was preprogrammed to stitch.
I felt very cheated by the embroidery machine company and by the seller of the hoop because I called and spoke to a sales person in detail everything about my machine. When I got the hoop I was so happy only to find out that the only way I could use the hoop was if I split the large designs. Splitting the design turned out to be much easier than lining it up! The sales person did not specify this during our conversation.
I still have a use for the hoop, I can do a design and text with one hooping BUT it took many many attempts to figure it out.

Does the product say it will work with your machine. and do you have 16 inches from the throat hole and machine or arm whatever it is called to accommodate that size hoop. I know my software has a place to add a hoop and I asked the meaning and was told that many people buy Bernina software, but have other brand machines and the software will add the appropriate hoop to view to fit their machine.

As mpo said you may want to check with you dealer. Even if it may be compatible you may not have the ability to stitch a larger area because of the length of the arm base.

Bernadette are you brazilian? I'm brazilian , living at rural area of São Paulo, and have heard of this mega hoop. But when I asked it for may reseller Brother (at Campinas) they said that they don't sell it, really only in USA, but is not garantee that it works well on your machine... *4U!

It may not be compatible with your Janome. You will have to ask your dealer. If the MC11000 does not do 14"x14", or 5"x20" designs that I don't think this hoop would work. It depends on whether the arm is made to cover this area.
I have just checked in my Digitizer Pro/MB and the largest hoop for the MC11,000 is 200x280mm (7.87"x11").So I don't think the arm will extend beyond those measurements.
