I am still having troubles...the thread gets tangled up down there.... it is not happening all the time, but then it just keeps happening it is very frustrating.

i have flannel on there with a layer of midwt. tearaway, and when it started happening i added another layer of tearway. still happening (this is a design i have successfully stitched out in the past).
