4/1/10 UPDATE: I contacted them today and they gave me an RA number but no free return label. I will use it for my other machine. I am GREATFUL that I have a machine that it will fit. I also will use it to carry my sewing projects to cutout. It does look like "RUNWAY STATUS"...FIESTA ANYHOW ;D *2U

I would contact them about the size not being as advertised. I bought one at Joann fabrics a couple of year ago, which fit the machine I then had. But the embroidery machines have gotten longer and not longer fit. My husband just recently discovered it and took it over to carry computers and equipment that he uses to work on them. It has nice places to store all of the cords, parts and manuals he carries. AND it is on wheels! At least now it is being used!!!

I believe you need to contact them and tell them what machine you have and the dimensions of it. You purchased this item from their website according to the info you were given by them, they either have to refund you (return postage paid by them)
or send a replacement free of charge.
Personally I would make a stink about it. In todays economy every dollar counts.

Perhaps you could let Hancock's know about the problem through their website. Won't really help you now, but maybe keep someone else from having the same problem.
